Man Or Astroman?

Astro Launch

1994

Astro Launch is one of many 7" EPs Man or Astro-man? released in 1994.[1] It was released on Estrus Records on clear orange vinyl and black vinyl.[2] As the black vinyl copies are pressed onto translucent black vinyl, some discographies list the vinyl color as "rootbeer" or "clear rootbeer". There are also some copies pressed on opaque gray vinyl. "Transmission from Venus '94" is a re-recording of a song Man or Astro-man? recorded in 1993 and released on a Roger Corman tribute compilation. The back cover states that a secret vocal version of "Philip K. Dick" on cassette can be obtained from Man or Astro-man? for $1. Wiki

1 Philip K. Dick in the Pet Section of a Wal-Mart

2 The Man from U.N.C.L.E."

3 Transmission from Venus '94

I feel like an idiot asking what color the vinyl was before reading the post! Now I'm drooling even more. I wonder if any copies are on eBay, thought I hate doing business with them now that they've jacked up their seller's fees along with PayPal. But ... what the heck! :>}

Eek!

I managed to obtain the "vocal version" of Phillip K Dick in the Pet Section of a Walmart. It was actually pretty funny. Teasley sang along to the 7" while recording both his voice and the record into a mic.

Thanks for this! Now I have the whole discography minus a few of the split 7"s.
